Last Chance Licensing

Our six (6) Day seminar program is designed to assist experienced agents complete their licensing course. We have sold out all other courses and have just added one last course. This will be held over six days, with all assessment conducted in class. Upon completion you will be issued your transcript and you can apply for your licence prior to the reforms.

NSW Property Reforms

Corporation/Business Licensing Changes

We provide an overview where only 1 licensee (Class 1) is specified per corporation, and how that person is unable to be the licensee of any other corporation.
