Morning Session (Compulsory Topics) 9.00am - 12.30pm
As these topics are chosen by NSW Fair Trading

- Material Fact (Winning Strategies to Ensure Compliance)
- Short Term Accommodation Code of Conduct (Navigating this New Area)
During this program we get you to complete a fun quiz as your assessment which all you have to do is scan a QR Code and its that easy.
Afternoon Session (Elective Topics)
1.30pm - 5.00pm
We cover off a variety of topics focused in the Commercial area of focus.
This includes all the changes in Commercial, Strata and so much more.
We spend time looking back at the last 12 months what has been going wrong the fines and the penalties. We dive into each Case Study and provide you with advice and the tools to ensure they scenarios don’t happen for you in your business.
At the conclusion of the event you will be issued the appropriate CPD certification which you need to keep to prove you have meet the CPD requirement.
